3. Ordering and Payment

  • Orders can be placed via our official website or through authorized sales representatives.

  • Prices are listed in INR(Rs.) and are exclusive of applicable taxes, duties, and shipping unless otherwise stated.

  • PORIDENT reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

  • Payments must be made through approved methods (credit card, bank transfer, etc.).

  • Invoices are payable within the terms stated (e.g., net 30 days).

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping times are estimates and not guarantees. PORIDENT is not liable for delays beyond our control.

  • Risk of loss passes to the customer upon dispatch.

  • Claims for damage or loss must be made within 7 days of delivery.

5. Returns and Refunds

  • Products may be returned within 14 days of delivery, subject to prior authorization and return instructions.

  • Returns must be in original condition and packaging.

  • Customized or special-order items may not be eligible for return.

  • Refunds will be processed after inspection and may be subject to restocking fees.

6. Product Warranty

  • Products are covered by manufacturer warranties where applicable.
